Veni vini vinci! Mundos DIGITALES 2007 was everything I hoped it would be and much much more. I went as speaker of one of the conferences and ended participating in two and receiving the best animated shortfilm award for ‘A Gentleman’s Duel’.
I cannot say more of Mundos Digitales and its organization, really interesting conferences, good vibes between the speakers, good food, and fun fun fun in A Coruña. A must for anyone than wants to know what has been cooking in VFX during the year, and the perfect warm up for Siggraph.
Don’t forget also to check out my interview at: www.mundosdigitales.tv , where I talk a little bit more about the studio and the duties of a pipeline developer ( although it is only available in spanish language )

Congratulations! I actually stumbled across your website looking for scripts. I saw the picture of the trophy and thought ‘hmm, that sure looks familiar…’.
You definately earned the prize. Good short! =)

Hi Diego, I’m amazed to find this site with your fantastic and useful plugins. I have a dream! and a wish!, well really are two wishes to propose. Congrats for the unwrap one, it makes easier my live!
On the one hand I know Maya has got a script which you can repeat the last action you made with a hotkey, I think you can win a lot time with it.
On the other hand, what do you think about a script to spread planes or other kind of meshes on the normal surface of one object (like Scatter), just passing mouse over the surface? With this, really I think we could create a costumizable hair and fur easily.
Congrats for the unwrap one, it makes easier my live!
